AnnMarie is thrilled to welcome Pam Owens, MFA to
her studio. Pam's outstanding work and experience
in photography brings these two artists together through
their similar approaches to the Art of Photography
and Love.
Pam received her Bachelor's Degree in History from
NYU. During this time she took photography as
an elective. Photography, as a medium, allowed
Pam the pleasure of documenting the present as seen
through her own eyes, as opposed to always having
to refer to historically cited events.
Pam attended the School of Visual Arts where she
achieved her Master's Degree in the Fine Arts.
Pam has since studied with renowned photojournalists;
Eugene Richards and Bruce Davidson; as well as the
artis's Diane Michaels, Sarah Charlesworth and Nan
Goldin.
Pam was awarded a Dodge Foundation Grant to print
and develops a body of work which culminated with
a solo exhibition at the Wome's Studio in New York
State.
Pam has photographed over a hundred weddings in the
tri-state area, thrilling many couples with her artistic
talents.
