Local National Award Winning Artist receives another National
Blue Ribbon from the Professional Photographers of America. AnnMarie Sciascia,
of AnnMarie Sciascia Photography in Newton, NJ is a Certified Professional Photographer
pursuing her Master’s Degree from the Professional Photographer’s
Association of America. As of 2004, AnnMarie had already received three of the
thirteen needed National Blue Ribbons towards her degree. In September, AnnMarie
received her fourth National Award Winning Image in a beautiful wedding portrait
titled, “Glory of the day”. It is a beautiful image of a Maria and
Gabe Tese, Gabe is formerly a Newton resident, on their wedding day on a bridge
at Waterloo Village, where the couple held their ceremony and reception. The
PPA scored this image an eighty-five, which is five points over the needed score
